Booking and Payment To book an apartment, select the dates of your trip, the number of people in your travel party, and your preferred location. Complete the booking process by providing your details and any specific requirements. You can also call us for assistance. Payments can be made via MasterCard, Visa, or bank transfer. For bookings made more than eight weeks before arrival, a 50% non-refundable booking deposit is required. The remaining 50% is due eight weeks before check-in. For bookings made within eight weeks of arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Check-in and Check-out Provide your arrival and departure details through the online form on our website or by contacting us during your stay. Check-out time is 10:30 am. Late check-out can be requested but may incur additional fees. Keys can be collected from our taxi drivers or by arranging a meeting with a housekeeper at the property (additional charges may apply outside office hours).
Cancellations Refunds for cancellations are subject to the property being re-let. Booking deposits are non-refundable. We strongly recommend obtaining travel insurance to cover any potential cancellations.
